Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is required 7 days before the event
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST
  • We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before: Full refund minus $50 admin fee
  • Cancellations 14-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before: No refund
  • Date changes subject to availability and $50 admin fee

Vehicle Use and Care

  • Our vehicles are driven only by our professional chauffeurs
  • No food or drinks allowed in the vehicles
  • No smoking in or around the vehicles
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their party

Photography and Media

  • Personal photography is permitted and encouraged
  • Commercial photography requires prior written consent
  • We may use event photos for marketing with your permission

Weather Policy

For convertible vehicle bookings (Bonnie):

  • The convertible top operation is subject to weather conditions
  • If weather conditions make convertible use unsafe or impractical, our alternative vehicle (Elvis) will be offered as a replacement
  • If neither option is suitable, a full refund will be provided
  • Weather-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Back in Time Classic Rides and our drivers to ensure safety and vehicle protection

Insurance and Liability

Our vehicles are fully insured for commercial hire. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic or weather conditions
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Unexpected mechanical breakdowns: In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle or alternative arrangements. However, we cannot guarantee immediate availability and are not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or losses.
