1. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Back in Time Classic Rides, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, or a full non-refundable payment is required if booking is confirmed within four (4) weeks of the event
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received
- Full payment is required four (4) weeks prior to your event, or immediately if booking is confirmed within four (4) weeks of the event
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfer
3. Cancellations & Date Changes
- No refund applies for any cancellations
- Date changes are subject to availability
4. Timing & Overtime
- Hire time begins at the scheduled booking time, not vehicle arrival
- Delays caused by the client or their party may reduce service time
- Additional time on the day is subject to availability and charged at $25 per 15 minutes
5. Vehicle Use & Care
- All vehicles are chauffeur-driven only
- No food or beverages are permitted inside the vehicles
- No smoking in or within close proximity to the vehicles
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests, including cleaning, repairs, or loss of use
6. Client Conduct
For the safety of all passengers and preservation of our vehicles, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if any passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or behaving in a manner that may cause damage or risk.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Photography & Media
Back in Time Classic Rides may capture photographs and/or video during your booking for quality assurance and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
By accepting these Terms, you grant permission for such content to be used. We always aim to present imagery respectfully and in keeping with the tone of your event.
If you prefer not to have images used, you may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to your event.
8. Weather Policy (Convertible Bookings - "Bonnie")
- If conditions are unsuitable, an alternative vehicle will be offered
- If no suitable option is available, a full refund will be provided
- All weather-related decisions are made at our discretion to ensure safety and vehicle protection
9. Vehicle Access & Travel
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access for the vehicle.
Additional charges may apply for excessive travel, waiting time, or difficult access conditions.
10. Mechanical Issues & Limit of Liability
While all vehicles are maintained to a high standard, unforeseen mechanical issues may occur.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle or alternative solution where possible.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
11. Act of God
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or government restrictions.
12. General Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic or weather
- Personal belongings left in vehicles
- Indirect or consequential losses
